Our concert at St John’s Church, Llandudno provided a standing ovation from an appreciative audience, writes Mike Baines, Choir Secretary.
Our second of three concerts at St John’s Church, Llandudno this year.
Although we were a little light in two sections this did not seem to detract from the enjoyment of the concert by a very appreciative audience, which included visitors from Australia, USA and Canada.

Tegid Goodman Jones
Indeed they gave a standing ovation at the end which, in no small part, was due to our excellent young soloist 16 year old Tegid Goodman- Jones.
He provided five very varied songs and demonstrated a remarkable maturity for one so young.
His final item, Richard Vaughan’s ‘Annwyl Faria’, was outstanding. Clearly showing why it had earned him first prize at Llangollen International Eisteddfod.
