Following a successful weekend with Avon & Somerset Constabulary Male Voice Choir a return concert date is agreed.
Return Concert Date Agreed
In June 2015, Avon & Somerset Constabulary Male Voice Choir came to north Wales for the weekend.
A welcome buffet served on their arrival in Denbigh.

The two choir committees agree that the return concert date is to be held on 14th October 2017.
The venue is the Victoria Methodist Church in Weston Super Mare, Somerset.
Friendships renewed at return concert
As a result, the Denbigh choir will spend a weekend in Somerset. It’s an opportunity once again to renew friendships.
In addition, socialising before and after the joint concert is an essential part of any hosting weekend.

Memories are made of this!
We have many happy memories of our time in the company of the Avon & Somerset Constabulary Male Voice Choir.
The afterglow get together after the joint concert sealed our friendship. One of the highlights was Gwyn Williams (Gwyn Hafod Elwy) performing his yodeling song. The Laughing Policeman was also a riot !

Of course, it’s not only the socialising, but the choral music also. You can watch You Tube videos of the three songs the joint choirs performed using the links below:

Working together on return concert
I look forward to planning once again with Paul Budd, of Avon & Somerset Constabulary Male Voice Choir. There is much to be arranged for our visit to Somerset.
Paul retires from Avon & Somerset Constabulary in September this year. We extend our best wishes to him for a long, well-earned, happy and healthy retirement.
Updates will be provided as and when developments occur.
