The Mayor’s Charity Concert will take place at the Denbigh Town Hall on Saturday, March 2, 2019 featuring the Denbigh and District Male Voice Choir, soloists Kathryn Nash and Tegid Goodman-Jones.

Joining the choir for the Mayor’s Charity Concert will be Kathryn Nash, mezzo soprano, from St. Asaph. She has strong family links with Denbigh.

An experienced soloist, Kathryn is in constant demand for concerts and oratorios.
Furthermore, we are pleased that she has appeared many times in concert with the Denbigh and District Male Voice Choir.
She has also won numerous times at the National Eisteddfod.

Tegid Goodman-Jones at the Mayor’s Charity Concert
Tegid Goodman-Jones
Sixteen year old Tegid Goodman- Jones lives in Caerwys.
He is already an experienced performer having won at numerous eisteddfodau.
These include the Urdd Eisteddfod, National Eisteddfod and also the prestigious Llangollen International Eisteddfod.
He has also won prizes at Musical Festivals in England.
Yn un ar bymtheg mlwydd oedd mae Tegid Goodman-Jones yn byw yng Nghaerwys.
Mae eisoes yn berfformiwr profiadol, wedi ennill nifer o wobrwyon mewn eisteddfodau, gan gynnwys Eisteddfod yr Urdd, Eisteddfod Genedlaethol ac Eisteddfod Ryngwladol Llangollen.
Mae Tegid hefyd wedi ennill gwobrau mewn Gwyliau Cerddorol yn Lloegr.

The Mayor, Councillor Catherine Jones’ nominated charities are C.A.B., Ambulance Service and the Denbigh Infirmary.
